About the Role
Our client is seeking a professional, detail-oriented and reliable Legal Administrator to support their legal department in Pretoria East. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients, attorneys, and credit providers in a confidential, client-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department
- Handle inquiries from clients, attorneys, and credit providers via phone and email
- Follow up with clients to ensure queries and requests are resolved
- Negotiate basic payment terms with credit providers on behalf of clients
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality of all information and documentation

- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent comprehension and reading ability

Salary & Benefits
R15,000 – R25,000 per month (depending on experience)
