About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in Pretoria, providing support with HR Administration tasks and managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Secretarial support to Legal Team
  • Manage Legal Documentation & Correspondence
  • Assist with HR Administration Tasks
  • Prepare Employment Contracts & HR documentation
  • Maintain Employee Records
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle Travel Arrangements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 Year’s experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal / HR Administrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
