About the Role
Our client in the Estate Industry is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance work, supervising garden staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the estate’s facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, building, general maintenance, and garden tools maintenance tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of maintenance equipment and purchasing of maintenance items.
- Conduct roof work on 2nd floors without fear of heights.
- Supervise garden staff and maintain good relationships with them.
- Drive PDP drivers’ licence with a good track record, including experience driving elderly to the malls.
- Communicate effectively with people of all ages, particularly the elderly.
- Attend to emergencies outside of regular working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Utilize computer skills in word, excel, emails, and internet applications.
