About the Role

We are seeking a talented Manual Tester to join our international team delivering innovative software solutions across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define, plan, and execute test strategies for high-quality software delivery.
Design, develop, and execute test cases across functional, integration, system, and regression testing levels.
Perform backend testing, including REST/SOAP API validation, database verification, and integration scenario testing.
Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on QA processes, automation opportunities, and testing best practices.
Support test automation initiatives using frameworks such as Selenium, Java, and JUnit (where applicable) to improve efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

3+ years of Agile testing experience, actively contributing to cross-functional teams
5+ years of software testing experience, including functional, integration, and system testing
Proficient in test design techniques like boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and exploratory testing
Experienced with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and the QA role in iterative software delivery
Solid database knowledge with SQL for data setup and backend validation
ISTQB Foundation Level and/or Agile Tester Extension Level certification
Excellent English communication skills for collaboration in international teams
Strong analytical thinking and proactive identification of quality issues
Self-driven, taking initiative in test planning, execution, and continuous improvement
