Key Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define, plan, and execute test strategies for high-quality software delivery.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases across functional, integration, system, and regression testing levels.
- Perform backend testing, including REST/SOAP API validation, database verification, and integration scenario testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on QA processes, automation opportunities, and testing best practices.
- Support test automation initiatives using frameworks such as Selenium, Java, and JUnit (where applicable) to improve efficiency and coverage.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of Agile testing experience, actively contributing to cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of software testing experience, including functional, integration, and system testing
- Proficient in test design techniques like boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and exploratory testing
- Experienced with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and the QA role in iterative software delivery
- Solid database knowledge with SQL for data setup and backend validation
- ISTQB Foundation Level and/or Agile Tester Extension Level certification
- Excellent English communication skills for collaboration in international teams
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive identification of quality issues
- Self-driven, taking initiative in test planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Nice to have: Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android)
- Nice to have: Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and JUnit (or similar)
