About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MAP AND ATTRACT Specialist to join our team at Fempower Personnel in Pretoria. As a MAP AND ATTRACT Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, building relationships with clients and candidates, and driving recruitment strategies that target specific leadership positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Telesales
- Assist with quotations and Tenders
- Attend briefing sessions with clients to qualify requirements
- Talent mapping and planning of pipeline through market research, social media, and advertisements
- Writing and posting adverts to draw critical information from a job spec and ensure you attract the right talent
- Detail project management/planning to ensure achievement of objectives and deadline
- Proactively research the market to identify and approach passive, suitable candidates as well as have proactive conversations with candidates regarding compensation
- Conduct professional and detailed face-to-face interviews with long-listed individuals
- Responsible for professional communication with internal and external stakeholders i.e. clients and candidates
- Present shortlisted and processed candidates to the Project Manager/Senior Management for final approval
- In depth networking abilities and social involvement
- Coordination of interviews and preparing of candidates prior to interview with Clients
- Ensure that deadlines are met for projects/specs allocated according to client requirements
- Build a suitable pipeline of candidates in line with your stream of expertise
- Develop recruitment strategies that target specific leadership positions within the organization
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates and build relationships with them to maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Manage candidate experience
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ experience specifically as a Head-Hunter or as a Senior Consultant with a proven portfolio of relevant clients or placements
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including boolean search)
- Proven track record of personal revenue generated (for the last 2 years)
- Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn connections, etc)
- Systems orientated individual with a track record of using Human Resource (HR) related reporting tools for both clients and candidates
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal with persuasion abilities)
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Performance and objective driven individual

- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
