Drive lead generation across multiple channels, aligning efforts with overall business objectives. Optimise the Estates online presence through effective management of digital platforms and channels. Plan and execute large-scale brand awareness campaigns aimed at attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. Compile and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring efficient coordination of all campaigns and activities. Monitor, analyse, and report on key marketing performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and inform future strategies. Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving positive return on investment (ROI) through data-driven marketing efforts. Administration duties: Compile and prepare all marketing reports, including forecasts, budgets, and any additional reports required to support the General Manager with informed, cost-effective decision-making. Take full responsibility for all design work, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with the brand and marketing objectives. Manage and maintain an efficient reporting and analytics system to track marketing performance. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly marketing reports for presentation to the General Manager. Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives. Requirements: Matric Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in a senior marketing management role, preferably in the hospitality industry Proven experience in social media management and CRM systems. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign execution. Experience with paid media advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (advantageous). Working knowledge of WordPress particularly with Divi or Elementor page builders (advantageous). Knowledge of Google Suite including Google Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google Analytics. Advanced computer literacy and confidence working with various digital platforms. Familiarity with managing and publishing across multiple social media platforms, including post creation, scheduling, engagement, and ad management. Sound understanding of the public relations, design, and marketing industries. Knowledge of print production processes, including supplier liaison and preparing artwork for print. Strong grasp of corporate identity and brand management principles. Advanced proficiency in design software, with preferred experience in Canva and/or the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Competence in statistical marketing research and performance analytics. Experience in managing a small marketing team or external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard (advantageous). Collaborative team player with a proactive approach. Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments to gather required information. Proven leadership and managerial capabilities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team. Skilled in planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms. Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and design. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
