Pretoria: Mid-level Draughtsman

Job Title : Mid-level Draughtsman (Sheet Metal) Geographical area : Pretoria, Gauteng The successful incumbent will be responsible for: Generating models. Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using Autodesk Inventor. Create Proposal drawings. Manage design/drawings to conform to set company standards. Develop and compute mathematical formulae within designs. Ensure designs are modified and revised to correct operating deficiencies and/or reduce production problems. Specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas and related data are to be reviewed and analysed. Bill of Materials is produced for each design and drawing register database is maintained according to company requirements. Procedures, design specifications, ISO standards, quality and safety standards are adhered to and integrated into design. Consultation with colleagues/customer to design, layout or detail components and systems to resolve design or other problems. Customer representatives are conferred with to review schematics and answer questions pertaining to installation and/or operation. Minimum qualifications and experience: Matric Certificate MDDOP Certificate Autodesk Inventor (Essential) Sheetmetal experience (Highly Advantageous) Microsoft 365 (Advantageous) Own Transport (Essential) Please apply via our website:
