About the Role

Our client in the Milling and Animal Feed sector is seeking a skilled Millwright to join their team in Germiston, Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring smooth operation of the mill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on milling equipment
  • Conduct fault finding and mechanical repairs as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and stock control
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize production efficiency

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent Trade Test Certificate
  • 3 years post-trade experience in a similar field
  • Strong mechanical and manufacturing skills
  • Food manufacturing experience is an advantage
  • Great time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and think critically
  • Manual dexterity and strong electrical/mechanical knowledge
