Job Summary
Job Description: Provide holistic administrative support to financial advisor. Manage advisors diary (Client birthdays, meetings etc.) General office duties – Scanning, printing etc. Ensure client filing (Online and physical) is up to date. Ensure processes et by head office is followed. Manage client queries. Gather and prepare information for client meetings (Reviews, proposals, implementations etc.) Assist with event planning where necessary. Manage and drive outstanding requirements (FICA, Medicals etc.) Generating quotes (Investments, life cover etc.) Implementing and monitoring client proposals and submitting applications Implementing changes, switches, additions etc. Arrange and finalise repurchases and withdrawals. Submitting transfers etc. Ensure that product provider implements instructions correctly and within and reasonable timeframe. Preferred – candidates who have experience assisting an advisor with an investment focus / comfortable with Excel and outlook. Basic 15k-25k SEND ME YOUR CVS AND REFERRALS NOW!
