About the Role

Benla Enterprises, a truck body manufacturing company based in Pretoria North, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our daily operations. We are looking for an individual who can provide general administrative duties, assist with procurement-related activities, and maintain accurate records. As an Administrative Officer, you will be the first point of contact for suppliers, manage accounts, and ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data capturing, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, issue, and track invoices, quotes, and make orders.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with basic accounts administration.
  • Process purchase orders and assist with procurement activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory-related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication professionally.
