AI Deployment and Integration

• Identify opportunities to optimise manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI models from data preparation through to deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions into ERP, MES, and production control systems.
• Develop predictive maintenance and quality-control AI applications.

Systems Operations and Data Strategy

• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain robust data pipelines enabling real-time AI analytics.
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and scalability.

Reporting and Insights

• Develop real-time dashboards using AI-driven analytics.
• Present AI project ROI and performance reports to senior leadership and directors.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

IT Governance, Compliance & Leadership

• Ensure AI systems and integrations comply with IT governance and security requirements.
• Contribute to achieving industry best practices in infrastructure, data, and AI management.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to system administrators and support teams.
• Manage governance and compliance activities to mitigate IT-related risks.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Project Execution

• Understand the objectives of various business departments and ensure AI initiatives support operational and strategic needs.
• Coordinate and supervise AI-related infrastructure and data projects to deliver meaningful business benefits.
• Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder and supplier relationships.
• Plan AI and data projects, ensuring delivery within budget and aligned with business objectives.

Asset & System Life-Cycle Management

• Manage the life cycle of AI-related systems, data platforms, software tools, and associated infrastructure.

 
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 2-4 years’ working experience in an AI related role.
