PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO
Location: Gezina, Pretoria (Travel required) Companies: Multi-entity group (Hospitality, Property & Operations)
Salary: R22 000.00

Overview

My client a Multi-entity group (Hospitality, Property & Operations) is urgently recruiting for highly capable, energetic and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO across five dynamic and fast-growing companies within the hospitality, property and operations sector.
This is not a standard admin role. This position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments and can think independently, anticipate needs, and keep multiple operations running smoothly.

Minimum Requirements

Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
Own laptop (essential)
Willingness to travel between: Gezina (Main Base), Sundown Country Estate Rustenburg, La Montagne Hartbeespoort
Strong administrative and coordination experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
Ability to multitask across multiple businesses simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

Full executive diary and schedule management
Travel coordination and logistical planning
Meeting coordination, minutes and follow-ups
Tracking projects across multiple companies
Assisting with operational oversight and reporting
Acting as liaison between CEO and management teams
Managing confidential information
Ensuring accountability on delegated tasks
Creating structure, reminders and systems
