About the Role
The role of IT Systems Analyst at Profile Personnel involves a wide range of responsibilities, including analysing and maintaining enterprise applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather system requirements, and providing day-to-day systems support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, maintain, and support enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and other business-critical tools.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams or external vendors.
- Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new applications and systems, including testing, training, and support.
- Support data integrity, data migration, and integration between systems using APIs, ETL tools, or scripting.
- Ensure applications meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated helpdesk issues related to enterprise systems and applications.
- Day-to-day systems support and issue resolution
- Configuration of proper systems access for the Group to optimise controls
- Manage/support project teams to implement new and update existing systems
- Test internal processes and procedures
- Delivery of system training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business/accounting or IT
- Systems development and application systems experience
- Broad experience and knowledge of accounting systems
- ERP system experience
- Experience working in project and BAU environments
- Property Industry experience beneficial
- Ability to collaborate and train other staff
- Advanced Excel and computer software skills
