About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a determined and drive Q&A Credit Manager to join their clients esteemed financial services team in Pretoria. We are looking for an experienced professional who can develop and enforce credit risk policies and procedures, while ensuring adherence to company credit policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce credit risk policies and procedures.
- Assess and monitor customer creditworthiness, setting appropriate credit limits.
- Manage credit control processes, including credit vetting, account approvals, and risk assessment.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitor and report on age analysis, ensuring adherence to company credit policies.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and legal teams.
- Supervise and mentor a team of QA Agents, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Audit all documents provided by consumers that are linked to the credit or subscription applications.
- Meet SLA targets between departments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit control, Quality Assurance, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail is critical in this role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work long hours when required.
