Job Description

Requirements: National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering (or equivalent) Red Seal qualification in Engine Building and Diesel Mechanics (essential) Quality Management certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) advantageous OEM training or certification on Deutz or Cummins engines highly beneficial 58 years in Quality Assurance or a senior technical role within automotive, heavy engineering, or mining equipment industries Proven expertise in engine rebuilds, diagnostics, and maintenance (preferably Deutz and Cummins engines) Experience managing quality assurance across multiple branches or multi-site operations Strong background working with ISO systems and compliance standards Demonstrated success in leading and implementing quality assurance processes Advanced technical knowledge of diesel engines and heavy-duty mining equipment Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel between branches and mine sites as required By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
