About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional Receptionist to join our team at Numeral Financial Services Group in Pretoria. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be the face of the company and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. With your passion for meeting new people daily and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients when required.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel arrangements.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
Requirements
- Computer literate with knowledge in Excel, Word, and MS Suite.
- Grade 12.
- 2 years+ of Receptionist experience.
- Bi-lingual in both Afrikaans and English.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
