About the Role

As the first point of contact for our accounting firm, you will be responsible for creating a professional and efficient impression for all clients and visitors. You will work closely with directors and senior staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy reception area and switchboard with professionalism
  • Deliver exceptional client service in person and telephonically
  • Coordinate administration, filing, document control, and office supplies
  • Maintain an organized reception area and manage office equipment
  • Assist directors and senior staff with Personal Assistant duties, including diary and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and client communications
  • Support ad hoc operational requirements

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or administration (accounting/audit environment advantageous)
