About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management within a fast-paced, professional environment based in Cape Town City Centre. This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone who thrives on structure, multitasking, and delivering high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, documents) on behalf of management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial admin
- Support project coordination and track deadlines
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Act as a key point of contact between management, clients, and stakeholders
- Provide general office and occasional personal support
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans essential)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
