Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our client`s needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication and administrative skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment process. Responsibilities Job Posting: Create compelling and accurate job postings to attract qualified candidates. Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, headhunting, and employee referrals. Screening Candidates: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates` qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Onboarding: Manage the documentation process by ensuring all necessary documents are signed and filed appropriately, and all relevant checks are done. Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Employer Branding: Promote the company`s recruitment brand through various channels and initiatives. Database Management: Maintain and update the database with accurate candidate information and status updates. Reporting: Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant labour laws and regulations. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best recruitment practices and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process. Education: Human Resources Management or any Bachelor`s degree in a related field would be advantageous. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Skills: Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Administrative Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in managing schedules, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records. Technology: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion: Passion for finding and hiring the best talent. Requirements Education: Human Resources Management or any Bachelor`s degree in a related field would be advantageous.
