About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Campaign Lead to join our team in Johannesburg North, responsible for delivering high-performing paid digital campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of paid digital campaigns with a strong focus on programmatic and Google platforms.
- Plan, launch, and optimise Display, Video, Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Manage programmatic activity using DV360, including targeting, budget pacing, and optimisation.
- Interpret campaign data to uncover insights, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned to performance goals, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across creative, data, and strategy.
- Maintain a high standard of execution while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing digital performance campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
- Hands-on DV360 experience is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Marketing ecosystem.
- Certified in relevant Google platforms (Ads, Analytics, or Marketing Platform).
- Confident working with tracking, tagging, and performance measurement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
