Job Description

Leading trendy Restaurant in Faerie Glen is looking for a front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with strong knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4 years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups needed. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 14 – 18 K. Quote Reference RA48 when applying.
