About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts across the business unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling services and security solutions, with excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and marketing activities in the Pretoria business unit
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultation and cooperation with operational teams
  • Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and utilize own network/database of contacts to generate leads
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing business prospects, tailoring integrated solutions to complement manned guarding teams
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals/tenders to prospective clients
  • Develop and deliver advanced MS PowerPoint presentations
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on regional Sales and Marketing activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sales representative
  • Proven track record in business development and success
  • Excellent computer literacy, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong leadership, time management, initiative skills, and administration skills
  • Must be target-driven and well-presented
  • Own vehicle and drivers license with a clean disciplinary, credit, and criminal record

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
