Company Overview The company provides businesses with a unique and highly targeted advertising platform by selling advertising space on LCD screens displayed in medical waiting rooms across South Africa. This platform allows advertisers to reach a captive and relevant audience in a professional healthcare environment. Position Overview We are seeking a self-driven, target-oriented Sales Representative to join the team in a remote, commission-based telesales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing advertiser databases, and meeting agreed monthly sales targets. This position is best suited to a disciplined and motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Compile and develop a database of potential advertisers Conduct telesales and cold-calling activities Schedule and attend appointments with decision-makers Meet agreed monthly sales targets (typically 58 advertisements per month) Submit weekly sales reports, including: Prospect lists Appointment schedules Minimum of 15 targeted appointments per week Maintain accurate administrative records and sales documentation Minimum Requirements Proven sales experience (telesales experience advantageous) Strong administrative and computer skills Valid drivers license Own reliable internet access (essential for remote work) Highly motivated, disciplined, and persistent Ability to work independently and manage own performance Key Competencies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong prospecting and closing ability Time management and organisational skills Target-driven mindset Resilience and persistence

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a defined sales territory within Gauteng

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets
  • Manage and grow revenue through client negotiations, lead generation, and effective sales management
