Job Description

  • Implementation and Configuration: Configure and support the SAP SD module according to business requirements
  • Customization and Enhancement: Customize SAP SD functionalities to meet specific organizational needs and optimize business processes.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for the SAP SD module, namely, issue resolution and providing timely solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
  • Testing and Validation:
    • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that configurations and enhancements function as expected.
    • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support business users during the testing phase.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Certifications:
    • SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution
    • SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution (S4 Hana) advantageous
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful SAP SD implementations and support.
    • Experience with end-to-end SAP SD processes, including order-to-cash, pricing, and delivery management.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD module configuration and customization.
  • Demonstrate SAP SD integration knowledge and expertise in end-to-end testing.
  • Exhibit cross-functional integration knowledge with modules such as MM, FI, PM, CRM, etc.
  • Showcase strong presentation, problem-solving, ability to troubleshot complex problems.
  • Uphold a professional and positive attitude with a high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively within teams and demonstrate a people-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities and manage team-related tasks.
  • Foster high levels of interaction and collaboration with Zimele’s various teams and customers.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Good Functional Documentation and Writing
  • Strong computer literacy competency.
  • Willingness to undergo technical assessments.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Ability to navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build strong, professional, cross-functional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP ABAP for customization (optional but advantageous).
