Job Description

An established recruitment organisation in the East of Pretoria has a vacancy for a Secretary to assist the Managing Director. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Typing of general correspondence. Receiving and sending emails. Conducting reference checks. Client and Applicant liaison. General filing. Diary management. Sending out electronic confirmation. Answering calls and taking messages for the Managing Director. Set up interviews. Daily follow up with Applicants. Maintain database. Capture Candidate information. General ad-hoc duties required by the Managing Director. Conduct background checks. Matric. Valid drivers licence and own transport. Previous experience working within a secretarial/adminstration capacity. Strong typing skills and proficient in MS Office. Ability to work in a pressurized and stressful environment. Deadline driven. Non Smoker. Working a 5 day week and Saturday 07h00 to 12h00. Client liasion experience. Ability to deal with people at all levels. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
