Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives and architectural standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

       Create, structure, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

       Gather and analyze requirements for data-intensive applications, translating them into user stories and technical specifications.

       Develop process flows, data models, and visual diagrams to support solution design.

       Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into functional requirements.

       Analyze end-to-end application flows, considering all touchpoints for new requirements or changes.

       Identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and reuse across platforms.

       Facilitate workshops, meetings, and collaboration between business and development teams.

       Coordinate testing activities, including defining test plans, defect management, and ensuring solution quality.

       Maintain product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and technical evaluations.

       Support operational excellence and act as tier-2/3 support for critical applications.

       Contribute to Agile practices and participate in all activities as defined by the AgileWorkingModel (AWM).

Essential Skills & Experience:

       Minimum 5 years in business/systems analysis; 3+ years in a mid-to-senior analyst role.

       Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and tools (Jira, Confluence).

       Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, data modeling, and user story creation.

       Proficiency with BI reporting tools (AWS Quicksight preferred).

       Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect management.

       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.

Advantageous Skills:

       Knowledge of data manipulation, software development languages, and frameworks.

       Experience in training delivery and documentation.

       Project management experience.

       German language proficiency.
