Job Summary
Qual. Millwright; Comp,Lit; HACCP; 5+ years of experience in FOOD production and packing plant maintenance. Must be strong in electrical fault finding and trouble shooting/understand PLC systems/ able to change and program VSD drives/change bearings, chains, sprockets, electrical motors on a break-down in a production environment/do full services on all production machinery/work in proximity with the Production Supervisors and Machine Operators in the production environment to maximise the production outputs/identify problems on production equipment and schedule preventative maintenance/ do adjustments on packing machines to improve the quality and quantity outputs of equipment. Will be responsible for the preventive maintenance and repairs of bakery production and carton making and form-fil-seal packaging equipment to cut down on down-times. Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, 6:00-18:00, and 18:00-6:00 Monday to Thursday. Overtime paid. Pretoria.E1110 MARIANA (***)***-****/ PAR EXCELLANCE
