About the Role

We are seeking experienced Short-Term Insurance Brokers to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for building and managing a sustainable new business pipeline, conducting professional needs analyses with prospective clients, and achieving monthly written policy targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sustainable new business pipeline

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years face-to-face short-term insurance sales experience
  • Commercial and Personal Lines exposure
  • RE5 and FAIS compliant qualification
  • Proven new business conversion track record
  • Regulatory accreditation and compliance understanding
  • Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to generate and manage own leads
