About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Tactical Product Tester to join our team in Pretoria East, where you will be responsible for testing and validating the performance of our innovative electronic products in harsh environments. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with engineers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the testing of products and software
- Work alongside development engineers to test, debug, and qualify products
- Draw up test setup and system diagrams
- Produce test result documentation
- Manage the tactical demonstration and test product pool
- Design test cables as required
- Proofread all user documentation
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronic Engineering
- 1 – 7 years of experience in the field of testing
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Visio
- Radio communications skills (HF and VHF)
- Skills in the Linux operating system environment
