Responsibilities:
Advertising and running ad campaigns. Sourcing suitable candidates for the relevant vacancies. Social media use. Ad Response and qualifying candidates. Conducting interviews. Responsible for Candidate Priming. General administration and ad-hoc duties. Conducting checks on candidates. Building professional relationships with candidates and clients. Setting and meeting targets. Servicing existing client database. Managing the client`s needs and expectations. Client visits. Qualifying specs and business.
