Position: Telemarketer

Location: Lynwood, Pretoria

Do you have an eye for detail and the ability to quality assess leads? Do you love working with people, providing them with Business offerings to prep them for the Sales Team? Is teamwork your middle name? Raise your hand because WERE HIRING!

Its our mission to unleash the potential in our team, and we know that teams perform best when they are diverse and each individual feel that they belong. Thats why we want you to join us in the capacity of Telemarketer. This role plays an integral part in our team, as you will assess the quality of leads received and coordinate these leads throughout the Sales Team both equally and fairly. You will also be the first contact between the client and our sales team.

  • Fintech Campus – An office space renting company that offers a Bistro, Coffee shop and Venue for events

So what will such a fantastic individuals duties and responsibilities include?

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by quality assessing leads speedily and ensuring same are distributed throughout the Sales Team;
  • Increase the efficiency of sales through data driven decision making from a leads perspective;
  • Assist in ensuring the sales strategy is met, by being efficient in the distribution of leads;
  • Reporting to Senior Management on the success and distribution of leads;
  • Finding new and innovative ways for lead generation.

Are there any specific skills and attributes required?

  • Loyalty toward the organisation;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Must be a confident individual;
  • Commitment by aligning with organisational goals;
  • Initiative and a positive attitude;
  • Tenacity, Attendance & Punctuality;
  • Needs to have resilience and must be optimistic;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Good listening and organizational skills;
  • Good communication skills by remaining professional and applying effective communication in all areas;
  • Must be able to speak both English and Afrikaans;
  • Flexibility relating to work dealings, assist when required even if its not in your job description;
  • Enthusiasm for learning and self-improvement;
  • Be able to work accurately and effectively in a highly pressurized environment;
  • Accountability and a team player.
