Job Summary
Exciting Opportunity: Experienced Telesales Consultant (Automotive) Needed for a Well-Established Dealership in Pretoria
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or sales-related roles, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to build relationships with customers over the phone. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of automotive products, services, or related terminology is advantageous. Strong organizational and time management skills. Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
Duties:
Contact potential and existing customers to promote automotive products and services. Build and maintain a customer database for follow-ups and potential leads. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Achieve sales targets through outbound calls and effective persuasion techniques. Process orders, quotations, and sales documentation. Stay updated on automotive product knowledge and market trends. Handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
