Project Planning & Scheduling Workflow & Coordination Resource Management Communication & Reporting Continuous Improvement Budget Awareness Project Planning & Scheduling is all about crafting detailed plans and timelines, working closely with account teams to nail down project needs, outcomes, and deadlines, and proactively sorting out any potential issues. Youll assign tasks based on team availability, ensuring every deliverable is on point. Workflow, Resource Management, and Communication entail keeping a close eye on project progress, managing essential files, balancing team workloads, and stepping in when scheduling conflicts arise. Plus, youll be the primary contact for updates and queries, generating clear reports while continuously looking for ways to streamline processes and keep projects on budget.
