About the Role
The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive online marketing strategies that drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, as well as excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive online marketing strategies
- Oversee and optimize websites and online stores for maximum performance and conversion
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others
- Create engaging content and promotional materials to attract and retain customers
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging
Requirements
- Proven experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Experience managing websites and online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
