• Grade 12 qualification
• Valid driver’s licence
• Proven experience in wheel alignment following accredited training
• Ability to operate wheel alignment equipment accurately
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety and alignment principles

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to: 

• Conduct pre-alignment inspections including tyres, suspension, steering, and ride height
• Operate and maintain wheel alignment machinery according to procedures
• Interpret alignment readings and compare them to manufacturer specifications
• Perform precise alignment adjustments using appropriate tools
• Road test vehicles to confirm correct alignment and performance
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workshop safety
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated
• Identify opportunities for additional services or sales where applicable
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
