Job DescriptionAbout the RoleMy client is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead their tendering and internal sales process. This role is central to maximising business opportunities by overseeing the preparation, submission, and negotiation of tenders while ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with extensive knowledge of procurement, vendor collaboration, and enterprise ICT solutions.Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end tender process, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. Develop compelling, accurate proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies. Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. Maintain and update tender databases, tracking outcomes and financial impacts.
