We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and client-facing support for three distinct companies specializing in web design, robotics, and emerging technologies.This is a hybrid rolewhile the work is predominantly online, proximity to the Sandton/Randburg area is essential for occasional in-person client requirements.Key Responsibilities * Administrative Management: Act as the primary point of contact for three separate entities, managing calendars and scheduling. * Lead & CRM Management: Follow up on sales leads and nurture customer relationships to ensure high client retention. * Virtual Reception: Manage a dedicated company phone and email; responding to inquiries professionally and promptly. * Meeting Facilitation: Attend online meetings three times a week to take minutes, track action items, and represent the businesses. * Ad-hoc Support: Occasional travel to Sandton/Randburg for in-person client meetings or strategy sessions as required.Requirements & Qualifications * Education: Minimum of a Matric Certificate. * Language Proficiency: Must have passed English Home Language with a minimum of 60%.
