Job DescriptionMy client is seeking a skilled Senior Bid Administrator to manage and oversee their tender processes across both the public and private sectors. This role requires someone with proven expertise in ICT tendering, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage high-pressure deadlines while ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will play a critical role in identifying business opportunities, compiling winning bids, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end tender processes, ensuring compliance and accurate submissions. Source, compile, and submit tenders across public and private ICT sectors. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure competitive pricing and quality proposals. Draft, review, and deliver professional and persuasive bid documentation. Track deadlines, renewals, and awarded contracts. Monitor financial impact of awarded tenders and ensure ongoing compliance. Provide support for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other sales activities. Supervise and guide junior tender administrators.Requirements Grade 12 (essential) plus a relevant Bachelors degree (Business Administration or related field). At least 5 years experience in tendering within the ICT sector. In-depth knowledge of PFMA, PPPFA, and BBBEE Act. Minimum 5+ years enterprise ICT technical experience (Servers, Storage, Backup, End User Devices). Strong.
