About the Role

Aim Personnel is seeking an experienced Test Baker to join their team in Roodepoort. As a key member of our bakery management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Train and demonstrate baking techniques to new staff members
Troubleshoot baking challenges and adapt recipes as needed
Interact with all levels of people, including customers and colleagues
Plan, organise, lead and control bakery operations to meet production targets
Share information and expertise with the team to improve overall performance

Requirements

5 years of experience in the baking industry
Commercial bakeries experience required
Strong understanding of various bakery processes, including bread, pastry and confectionary commercial production
Excellent business English, communication and written skills

Qualifications

Diploma in professional baking and bakery management (required)
