About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Clerk to join our team at Rosslyn, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and issuing store items, delivering finished goods, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and issue local and imported store items
- Deliver finished goods according to customer requirements and company procedures
- Ensure accurate updating of SAP system (i.e. Invoicing, Electronic Waybill, ASN, Barcoded labels, CHEP paperwork)
- Filing of above
- Recording of Stock
- Perpetual Inventory
- Monitoring Quality systems
Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- Minimum 2 years experience as a forklift driver
- Minimum 2 years experience in a dispatching and receiving logistics environment
- Knowledge and understanding of parts used in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of warehousing and general logistics function
- Basic Computer skills
- Proficiency in SAP
