Key Responsibilities:

– Lead financial strategy and planning.
– Manage international reporting lines and ensure compliance with global standards.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
– CA(SA) – non-negotiable.
Experience:
– Minimum 8–10 years post-articles experience within mining or heavy industry.
– Proven experience working with international reporting structures.
– Strong strategic finance and business partnering exposure.
– Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Skills:
– Advanced SAP experience – essential.
– Strong analytical, commercial, and operational finance capability.
– Ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
Other Requirements:
– Immediately available or available at short notice.
– Hands-on leader who is not afraid to be operational when required.
