About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food Assistant Manager to join our team in Rustenburg. As an integral part of our restaurant’s operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Restaurant, implementing systems and plans as per our policies and procedures, and supporting the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective communication and management of all staff
- Support and coaching of restaurant staff as required
- Monitoring progress against plans and taking corrective action where necessary
- Ordering, control, and receiving of stock
- Effective scheduling of restaurant staff
- Managing controllable expenses
- Submitting relevant reports
- Cash handling and banking
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints
Requirements
- Grade 12
- South African citizen
- Minimum of 2 years of Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager experience
- Preferably with experience in KFC, Hungry Lion, Chicken Licken, or similar Fast Food store
