About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Rustenburg, North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, planning material distribution, and ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining effective relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records of backup and consignment stock.
- Manage the repair cycle of inventory and ensure warranty parts are returned to OEM within the required timeframe.
- Plan material requirements (MRP) and oversee the distribution and delivery of stock to internal and external clients.
- Route quotes for appropriate authority for approval and track SAP open requests through to completion and closure.
- Reduce operational expenses and generate general and comparative stock reports.
- Send accurate communication, including ETAs, escalations, and risk notifications.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Qualification (NQF 4) in Logistics/ Stock Control/ Store Keeping / Warehouse Management (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics /stock control/ store keeping / warehouse management
Qualifications
- Drivers license with reliable transport (advantageous)
