About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the refrigeration plants and associated equipment within Sea Harvest Corporation Ltd, ensuring that all systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all refrigeration plants and associated equipment
• Optimize plant performance to achieve cost-effective and energy-efficient operations
• Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to company safety protocols
• Monitor and report on plant performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company standards and targets

Requirements

• Relevant experience in refrigeration systems management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration equipment operation and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification (e.g. National Diploma or higher) in Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
