A dynamic group of specialty coffee shops, seeking a talented Assistant Operations Manager to support our drive for operational excellence across multiple locations. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years experience in hospitality/coffee shop operations, preferably in SA or similar markets. Coffee Passion : Enthusiasm for specialty coffee aligning with our brand ethos. Leadership Skills : Ability to motivate teams in fast-paced SA urban coffee environments. Organisational Skills: Strong planning, multitasking abilities fitting dynamic coffee shop ops. Communication : Excellent communication skills for SA multicultural teams and customers.
