About the Role

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients and stakeholders to elicit, validate, and refine business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
- Support prioritisation, scope management, and benefit realisation discussions
- Validate solutions, UI/UX designs, and delivered functionality with stakeholders
- Act as a data steward across the SDLC to ensure compliant and accurate data usage
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and contribute to planning and estimation
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst within software or systems delivery
- Strong business writing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks, ideally SAFe
- Working knowledge of BPMN, UML, process mapping, and requirements definition
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Visio, and Enterprise Architect or similar
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (no specific degree mentioned in original)
