As a Business Development Specialist in the Civil and Built Environment sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the success of Hire Resolve in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Civil and Built Environment sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the Civil and Built Environment industry
• Strong understanding of the Civil and Built Environment sector, including its services and market dynamics
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
