Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Civil and Built Environment sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the Civil and Built Environment industry
- Strong understanding of the Civil and Built Environment sector, including its services and market dynamics
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
