About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cluster HR Manager to oversee the full HR function of our 2 hotel properties, with a third property set to join the cluster in 2027. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in all aspects of hotel Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full HR function for 2 hotel properties
- Manage and implement HR strategies across multiple sites
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- In-depth experience in all aspects of hotel Human Resources
- Proven track record of success in managing HR functions for multiple sites or properties
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Formal education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s degree)
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI certification (optional)
Salary & Benefits
- R50 – R60K per annum
