About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join our team in Sandton, responsible for creating high-performing digital assets across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and be able to develop creative assets that drive audience growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Adapt master campaign concepts into performance-led digital assets across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search
Design static imagery, carousels, and display banners in multiple sizes and formats adhering to platform specific best practices for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Display & Video 360
Build HTML5 display banners (including animation where required) and create high-performing paid social assets
Implement click tags and standard tracking requirements for programmatic campaigns
Optimise file sizes and formats in line with platform specifications and performance standards
Prepare and package assets for delivery across platforms, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and premium visual execution
Demonstrate an understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPL, CPC, and ROAS
Develop high-performing, B2C-optimised creative assets to drive audience growth and lead generation
Contribute actively to the creative testing strategy by developing structured A/B test variations, proactively suggesting new test hypotheses, and adding test ideas to the testing roadmap
Collaborate with digital teams to refine future creative based on results

Requirements

Grade 12 Qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
At least 35 years proven experience working on performance-focused digital accounts
Experience within the luxury travel sector or high-end premium B2C brands is essential
Experience supporting lead generation campaigns
Deep understanding of platform specifications across Paid Social, Programmatic, and PPC
