About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Group and Incentives Travel Specialist to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for crafting unique and engaging leisure group itineraries that exceed our guests’ expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings from initial inquiry to final documentation, ensuring efficiency and clear communication.
- Proactively sell products and services to create the best possible guest experiences while upholding our core values.
- Conduct occasional travel for group coordination or site inspections as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and guests through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in touring groups.
- Strong understanding of service excellence in travel and tourism.
- Proficiency in Tourplan or similar booking systems.
- Extensive knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya (additional experience in Namibia, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique is advantageous).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid negotiation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience and a strong understanding of the travel industry are essential.
