? The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving international sales strategy, generating revenue, and building strong, lasting relationships with global partners. They will represent the brand at major trade shows and events, prepare compelling proposals, lead and inspire market sales teams, and ensure that all sales activity delivers consistent growth and results.

? Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a luxury travel sales environment (Africa DMC experience highly beneficial)

• At least 2 years proven Sales Management experience

• Strong knowledge of global sales strategies, digital/e-commerce, and luxury client expectations

• Demonstrated ability to exceed ambitious sales targets

• A relevant Degree/Diploma will be advantageous

• Willingness to travel internationally and work across diverse global markets
