About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury property group. This senior role requires a proven sales professional with experience in luxury travel and hospitality, capable of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and representing the brand on a global stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue and exceed sales targets for both bed and DMC sales
- Drive revenue, profitability, and sales growth through innovative strategies
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
- Ensure thorough follow-up to secure and close deals
- Develop and implement effective action plans to penetrate identified markets
- Lead and mentor market Sales Teams to enhance performance and communication
- Provide timely feedback, training support, and performance insights
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a luxury travel or hospitality environment
- At least 2 years of proven Sales Management experience
- Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of luxury tourism products and Africa DMC services (advantageous)
